Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm When you buy goods through www.britishfelt.co.uk, you enjoy the same rights as you would if purchasing from a regular shop or showroom.
In addition to this you are entitled to a seven day "cooling off" period, as described in the government web-site shown above. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However if for any reason you are unhappy please return your purchase to us within 7 days and we will exchange, replace or refund the purchase at your request- subject to the following conditions:
- "The goods must be returned in clean, strong packaging "fit for purpose".
- "The goods must be returned to us in a clean, undamaged, unused condition.
- "Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement with our office.
- "We will not refund any items that have been specially manufactured to your individual specifications.
